DAY 01 : DELHI/CHANDIGARH- SHIMLA

Upon arrival in Delhi or Chandigarh airport / railway station get transferred to Shimla. After reaching, check in to your hotel. Spend the rest of the time at leisure by exploring the local markets. Later, head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 02 : SHIMLA -Kufri Excursion

Shimla Heritage Walk- Explore the contrasts of Shimla on a tour. This includes the adventure hub of Shimla i.e Kufri, later after that proceed for city that includes the enormous Christ Church, Town Hall, Ridge, Lakker Bazar, Jakhoo Temple. Overnight stay in Shimla Hotel.

DAY 03 : Transfer to Manali

Leave Shimla in morning time to travel Manali. On the way you will get a chance to visit Sundar Nagar, Pandoh Dam, Famous Kullu Valley, Rafting point and drive straight to Manali check in Hotel, take dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 04 : Manali Local Sightseeing | Solang valley

· Get all set for visiting the prime attractions of Manali, including Hadimba Devi Temple, Jagat sukh, and Vashisht Kund. Later in the day, explore the Tibetan Monastery and the handicraft center. Then, take a walk up to the old Vashisht village. And After that you will proceed to Solang Valley The majesty of the mountains and the glaciers can be seen at their best after enjoying This snowy heaven, take a sled ride down the slopes & try luck by climbing the little snow hills.
· The Magnificent views and natural beauty are a never-ending source of delight. It's also a jumping-off point for paragliding, rafting and mountaineering in the Pir Panjal mountains Back to the hotel for dinner.

DAY 05 : Manali -Manikaran-Manali

After breakfast, you’ll leave Manali and head to Kasol, a picturesque drive of about three hours. Upon reaching Kasol, immerse yourself in its tranquil atmosphere, explore the scenic trails along the Parvati River, and visit the renowned Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara with its natural hot springs. Spend the evening enjoying Kasol’s unique charm, known for its vibrant cafés and serene landscapes. Dinner will be served at your hotel, followed by a peaceful overnight stay Manali.

DAY 06 : Delhi Drop

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, payable directly on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel prices, leading to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect before departure.
Room Heater Charges.
5% service tax on Total Bill.

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health,Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
AC will not work in Hill Stations.
Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)

TERM AND CONDITIONS

No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis

CONFIRMATION POLICY

The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total amount for booking.
The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of Total Package .
Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be charged.

AMENDMENT {POSTPONE & PREPONE POLICY}

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on you’re booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
