Detailed Itinerary

Day 1-Arrive in Coimbatore

• From 8.00 AM.

• Arrive in Coimbatore and transfer to OOTY, enjoying the scenic drive through lush hills and sprawling tea plantations. Once in Ooty,

• Relax and freshen up after your journey.

• In the evening visiting popular attractions such as Ooty Lake, the well-maintained Botanical Gardens, and Doddabetta Peak – the highest point in the Nilgiris. Spend the evening exploring the vibrant local markets or simply relax in the serene surroundings.

• Overnight stay in OOTY.

Day 2-Visit Pykara

• From 8.00 AM.

• After breakfast, after breakfast, head out for a full-day excursion to Pykara, a picturesque village located about 20 km from Ooty. Visit the famous Pykara Lake and enjoy a peaceful boat ride amidst scenic beauty. Explore the beautiful Pykara Waterfalls and the nearby Pykara Dam, surrounded by thick forests and captivating views. You can also take a stroll through the scenic landscape before heading back.

• Overnight stay in Ooty hotel.

Day 3-Transfer to Coonoor

• From 8.00 AM.

• After having breakfast, we proceed to Coonoor. It will take time around 1hours.

• Visit top attractions such as Sim’s Park, Dolphin’s Nose, and Lamb’s Rock, each offering panoramic views of the Nilgiris Hills and valleys. Optionally, enjoy a ride on the Nilgiris Mountain Railway – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – offering a nostalgic journey through winding hills and tunnels. Explore the tea gardens and soak in the tranquility of the region.

• We will come back to Ooty.

• Overnight stay in Ooty hotel.

Day 4 –Drop to Coimbatore

• From 8.00 AM.

• After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive back to Coimbatore. Depending on your departure schedule, you may have time to explore more attractions or shop for souvenirs. Proceed to Coimbatore Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
