DAY WISE ITINERARY

DAY 01 : DELHI TO HARIDWAR

• Arrive in Delhi.

• Drive to Haridwar.

• Arrive in Haridwar and check-in at the hotel.

• Visit Har Ki Pauri to take a holy dip in The Ganges.

• You can also stroll in the Haridwar Bazar.

• Overnight stay at Haridwar.

DAY 02 : HARIDWAR TO RISHKESH

• In the morning you can take another holy dip in the river Ganga.

• Return to the hotel.

• After breakfast visit Mansa Devi Temple (by cable car).

• Transfer to Rishikesh.

• Arrive in Rishikesh and check in at the hotel.

• Visit Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Lakshman Temple, Lakshman Jhula, and Ram Jhula.

• Return to the hotel.

• Overnight stay at Rishikesh.

DAY 03 : RISHKESH TO DEHARDUN

• ​After breakfast drive from Rishikesh to Dehradun.

• Arrive in Dehradun and check-in at the hotel.

• In the afternoon sightseeing of Dehradun along with visiting Sahastradhara.

• Overnight stay at Dehradun.

DAY 04 : DEHRADUN TO MUSSOORIE

• ​After breakfast departure from Dehradun and drive to Mussoorie.

• Arrive in Mussoorie and check-in at the hotel.

• In the afternoon visit Mall road area.

• Overnight stay at Mussoorie.

DAY 05 : MUSSOORIE SIGHTSEEING

• After breakfast sightseeing of Kempty fall and other points.

• Overnight stay at Mussoorie.

DAY 06: Departure from Mussoorie to Delhi

• ​After breakfast departure from Mussoorie and drive to Delhi.

• Reach Delhi in the evening.

• Tour concludes.

• Air Fare / Train fare.

• Entrance Ticket / Elephant Ride / Camel Ride / Jeep Ride.

• Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage.

• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

• Entrance Fees & Guide charges.

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, payable directly on the spot).

• Any increase in taxes or fuel prices, leading to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect before departure.

• Room Heater Charges.

• 5% service tax on Total Bill.

• Insurance

• The rates are subjects to change without any prior notice.

• Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.

• The confirmation is subjects to availability and prior payment.

• Extra bed means Extra mattress.

• Heater charges are extra.

• Token amount not refundable.

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health,Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

• AC will not work in Hill Stations.

• Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)

TERM AND CONDITIONS

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments,sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.

• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis

CONFIRMATION POLICY

• The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total amount for booking.

• The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.

• The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of Total Package .

• Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.

• Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention

• Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be charged

AMENDMENT {POSTPONE & PREPONE POLICY}

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.

• The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

• Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

• We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

• The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on you’re booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
